TW Ranch Equine is a vertically integrated breeding, development, and sales program focused on some of the most sought-after performance-bred Quarter Horses in the industry, including the influence of Woody Be Tuff offspring. Woody’s have been some the most versatile and winningest offspring across all western performance disciplines. A resent merger/purchase of Howard Spradlin’s Willow Creek Ranch breeding operation and mare program has provided a vast assortment of mare bloodlines and annual foal crop for TW Ranch Equine.

Tyler Wilson

TW Ranch Equine was built from a personal passion for the Western performance horse industry and a belief that its future is only getting stronger. Tyler Wilson the founder of TW Ranch brings a vison of a former professional athlete & NFL Quarterback combined with a successful business career in developing and scaling many private real estate and operating ventures. Those past experiences combined with a great appreciation for horses and a desire to compete and support the growth of the Western horse industry led to the creation of TW RANCH EQUINE.

TW RANCH was founded in 2021 while our country experienced lots of change. TW Ranch was a return to Fundamentals and Freedom. American sports have become increasingly commercialized and detached from the values that once defined them, the Western performance horse world still imbodies the fundamentals and grassroots. Hard work, accountability, toughness, and earned success. It is one of the last true competitive arenas in sport where those are alive and well.

That belief is deeply personal and creates belief that the Western lifestyle and horse sport industry will be one of the fastest growing in the world. Incentives and opportunity in the Rope Horse, Cow Horse, and Cutting futurities are off the charts with growth.

TW Ranch now functions in two locations in Arkansas. Rafter B farms in Greenwood, AR serves as the foundation for raising our elite equine stock, while TW ranch anchors the performance division of the program. Together, they reflect a long-term commitment to breeding, developing, and positioning exceptional horses the right way. Our commitment traces back to my Grandfather Dr. James Burgess, whose appreciation for these principals we carry forward today.
